Location Manager
Location: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Hi, My name is Maria and I'm the founder of Restation Coliving.
We're hiring a Location Manager: a person who's going to be taking care of experience of our guests and of facilities locally.

Location manager is expected to work on:
  • Managing all communications with current and new guests
  • Scheduling cleaning and maintenance team
  • Organizing supplies and purchases
  • Managing finances and paying ongoing bills
  • Hosting local events for our community and empowering community to do so
  • Mobilizing community locally and online
  • Ensuring check-ins and check-outs are smooth
  • Leading digital communications, including social media updates (Facebook/Instagram) and email campaigns
  • Engaging local partners and onboarding new ones
  • Creating monthly reports for the top management team and suggesting improvements
  • Creating overall great community experience for new restationers
  • Ensuring we're fully booked! :)

Skills and experience:

We're looking for someone, who is enthusiastic, stays on top of the things and enjoys meeting new people. You have to be organized, follow-through on your tasks and have great communication skills. We'd prefer the following skills experience:
  • English language - advanced/bilingual proficiency
  • Spanish language - advanced/bilingual proficiency
  • Experience hosting events
  • Proficiency with social media
  • Independence and confidence, self-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages, written and spoken
  • Stress-resistance: you've got to be able to deal with difficulties as they arise
  • Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge into practice
  • You're local in Las Palmas or Gran Canaria
