Defining workations goal
The idea behind workations is that the work routine doesn't stop as you move to a different location. But we've seen that it's best if your selected workations team picks a set of individual goals or a joint project to work on during this period.
Setting up facilities
Each workations is a tailor-made experience lasting from 3 days to several weeks, for teams of 3 to 30 or more. There's no one-size-fits-all facility, so we select the one that's best for your needs and repurpose it for your stay.
24/7 support
Staying in touch before, during and after workation retreat, we ensure great experience in terms of logistics, hospitality and vibe.
Follow-up
Team experience doesn't finish when you are back to your home offices. We create accountability community to help the team achieve their goals.
